I'm Marcel L. Quenga — a designer-engineer in Butte County, California. Quenga Designs is my independent studio: I take products from first sketch to production deployment, personally, end to end.
The proof is in the work. I built the Butte County Rental Atlas — a live housing platform tracking 5,700+ properties for True North Housing Alliance — along with the Community Services Directory that connects residents to food, shelter, and legal aid. Real users, real data, real stakes.
Now I bring that same end-to-end craft to client work: websites, software, AI-powered tools, and the brand systems that tie them together.
